1. Reservations and Payments

• Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a valid payment method and acknowledgment from our booking system.

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon arrival.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Property Use: Guests are expected to use the property responsibly and report any damages immediately.

• Occupancy Limits: Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit, which must be adhered to.

4. Liability

We are not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
